Aracelis founded Prime73 AI on a simple conviction: the gap between what AI can do and what most companies actually capture isn't a technology problem, it's an architecture and execution problem. And solving exactly that has been her life's work.
Her career spans the full arc of enterprise technology, from writing production code as a Principal Software Engineer, to designing systems that scale as a Solutions Architect, to steering technology strategy at the highest level as an Enterprise Architect. She has lived in legacy monoliths and greenfield platforms alike, and knows intimately how real organizations adopt — and resist — change.
That range is the point. Most consultants can advise or build; Aracelis does both. She can sit with a CFO to model the ROI of an AI initiative in the morning and pair with the engineering team to ship it in the afternoon — fluent in the boardroom and the code review alike.
She started Prime73 AI to bring that rare, end-to-end perspective to businesses ready to become AI-first — without the bloat of a big consultancy or the recklessness of a move-fast-break-things shop.
